Sarah Palin the "Out of Nowhere" selection as John McCain's vice presidential candidate has been tagged by Fox News to be a regular contributor to Fox News. Gov. Palin won't have a scheduled show but will have programs that air irregularly, an unnamed source reported. The contract seems tailored to allow Palin to follow other ventures well as broadcasting. One of 's most popular governors ever Palin resigned after media coverage of her personal family life more or less got the best of her. After the grueling campaign she seemed to take stock of her life and family concerns. While writing the her best selling book, "Going Rogue" and with the media "blitz" still raging she made her decision to cut some ties and head into the "unknown" of the private sector. Out of politics, at least for awhile, she is now headed into a new exciting adventure with Fox Network.
As an ex Alaskan who lived in the Matanuska valley for many years, I would have loved to have Sarah for my neighbor and friend. She is my kind of woman, politician, writer and, speaker. she is indeed a renaissance woman.
